A beta release and examples with moving parts

The db3 beta reached a concrete milestone: the published packages were checked, including the command-line tools, REPL and starter shortcuts. That is a useful boundary to cross, because the installed package has to contain everything that worked inside the repository.

We added themed charts, SEO score rings and finance portfolio examples to DOM Studio and committed and pushed that work. A cashflow report followed locally, with adjustable projections and a simulated bank feed that updates the totals, charts and forecasts together. It passed desktop, mobile and dark-mode checks.

We also researched publication and backlink service APIs for Scout. The useful question was which services could support relevant exposure and a traceable workflow. This remained research; an available API is not evidence of audience value or a completed integration.
